We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver to join our agile team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting equipment and materials to and from various destinations in a timley maner . This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy moving items efficiently, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. Your dedication will help keep our operations running smoothly and our clients satisfied.

Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to deliver equipment and materials to designated locations
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo using forklifts or manual heavy lifting techniques
- Ensure all shipments are properly secured and transported in accordance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with site foreman, staff and office to coordinate delivery schedules
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and pre-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly




- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation activities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial driving, moving equipment and materials
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling of cargo and materials
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures at all times
