Offering an 18-hole championship-layout public golf course, driving range, on-site restaurant, and a premier all-inclusive outdoor wedding venue, Redwoods is a staple in the Langley community. From hosting company holiday parties and large charity shotgun tournaments to spectacular weddings, and public golf, we are proud to consistently deliver memorable experiences to our community.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Golf Operations the Driving Range Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the driving range. This position primarily works evening shifts, with most shifts beginning between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and ending at midnight. Weekend availability is preferred.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collect golf balls from inside and outside the range area by machine and by hand




- Operate a designated vehicle for the collection and transport of golf balls
- Inspect golf balls for damage and remove any unusable balls
- Clean golf balls using automated machinery and monitor ball cleanliness
- Pick up debris along the range and ensure overall cleanliness
- Maintain and clean all equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Manager, Golf Operations

- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

- Team-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physically able to carry out the functions of the position

- Solid attention to detail
- Knowledge of golf and/or the ability to play the game is an asset

Qualifications

- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Valid Basic First Aid, CPR-C and AED Certification, or equivalent will be required to be maintained during employment
- Willingness to complete a Police Information Check is required
- Driving range attendant experience is an asset
