Pay will be based on experience, between $25-$35 an hour to start.

Duties

- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, clean, and reassemble ductwork and ventilation systems efficiently.
- Perform thorough cleaning of air ducts, vents, registers, and related components using specialized equipment.
- Conduct inspections of duct systems to identify blockages, mold, debris, or damage that may hinder performance.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning procedures, system conditions, and any repairs or issues encountered.
- Communicate clearly with clients about the work performed and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building cleanliness and safety.




- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience with custodial work or commercial cleaning, especially involving HVAC systems or ductwork.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, brushes, and wrenches; experience with power tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and commercial cleaning procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering quality results in a timely manner.
