AEROSPORTS Oakville is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our indoor trampoline and adventure park.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe facility, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will lead by example, take ownership of the facility, hold the team accountable, and consistently create an outstanding experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Guest Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all staff consistently meet AEROSPORTS customer service standards.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, welcoming, and energetic environment.

Operations & Daily Management
- Oversee the daily operation of the trampoline park, reception, café, party rooms, attractions, and common areas.
- Ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
- Conduct daily facility walkthroughs before opening and throughout the day.
- Identify and resolve operational issues before they affect guests or staff.
- Maintain operational checklists and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor daily sales, staffing levels, labour costs, and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure the facility is properly staffed and operating smoothly during busy periods.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
- Train recent employees on customer service, safety procedures, park rules, and operational standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance or attendance concerns when required.




- Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak operating hours.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
- Build a positive, professional, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Recognize strong employee performance and encourage continuous improvement.

Facility Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure the entire facility is clean, organized, presentable, and well maintained at all times.
- Perform daily inspections of trampolines, climbing attractions, arcade areas, party rooms, washrooms, café, and guest areas.
- Identify maintenance and safety concerns and take immediate action when required.
- Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance with vendors and management.
- Ensure maintenance logs, inspection records, and safety documentation are completed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, TSSA, fire, and company operating standards.
- Immediately address hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions.
- Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed by both staff and guests.

Inventory & Administration
- Monitor inventory levels for café supplies, party supplies, cleaning products, merchandise, and operational materials.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Oversee cash-handling procedures and daily reconciliations.
- Monitor POS accuracy and address discrepancies when required.
- Complete daily reports, incident reports, maintenance reports, and shift summaries.
- Communicate important operational issues and updates to management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in family entertainment, hospitality, recreation, retail, or a similar high-volume customer service workplace.




- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and lead successful teams.
- Experience managing daily operations, facility maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to motivate employees while also holding them accountable to company standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-energy workplace.
- Experience with employee scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
