Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Electrical Technologist role located in Grande Prairie, AB. The electrical technologist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of electrical design. They will work with the multiple disciplines to create and maintain electrical drawings and schematics for construction projects,



ensuring that all components are in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

The Electrical

Technologist will also be responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget as it relates to electrical engineering deliverables.

Recommended Qualifications

- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain electrical drawings and schematics using AUTOCAD or similar software
- Understanding of electrical construction processes
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Interprovincial Red Seal certification in Electrical would be considered an asset
