Entry-Level Shop Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Shop Labourer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with their hands and must be able to safely use basic power tools. Experience in construction, renovations, windows and doors, or general shop work is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Wage: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Type: This position may be seasonal and hours may vary depending on the workload and needs of the business. There may be an opportunity for continued or longer-term employment based on performance and available work.

Responsibilities include:

· Using hand tools and power tools safely

· Cutting and preparing materials

· Assisting with window, door, screen, and aluminum preparation

· Loading and unloading materials

· Organizing and maintaining the shop





· Keeping work areas clean and safe

· Assisting installers and other team members as required

· Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently

Requirements:

· Must be comfortable using power tools

· Able to lift and carry construction materials

· Reliable and punctual

· Good work ethic and willingness to learn

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Construction or shop experience is an asset but not required
