Role: EUC Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced EUC Infrastructure Engineer with solid expertise in Windows Server, IAM, networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure. The role involves infrastructure troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Must-Have Skills

1. Windows Server & IIS
2. Identity & Access Management – Active Directory, SSO/PingFederate
3. Networking & Security – DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Certificates, Subnets
4. SQL Server
5. Cloud – AWS, Azure, GCP

Key Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot Windows Server, IIS, networking, and database environments.
- Manage infrastructure integrations, incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support DNS, firewall requests, load balancers, certificates, subnets, and network security groups.
- Support SQL Server environments, including backups and query troubleshooting.




- Work with Active Directory and SSO/PingFederate for identity and access management.
- Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for ticketing, tracking, and documentation.
- Support cloud PaaS environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMC2.
- Work with IaC tools such as Terraform and ARM, along with PKI/certificate management.
- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Dynatrace and Datadog.
