Responsibilities

- Monitor event premises continuously using CCTV systems to identify potential security issues or suspicious activity.
- Control access points by verifying credentials, managing guest lists, and inspecting tickets or passes.
- Conduct surveillance patrols around the venue to deter theft, vandalism, or disruptive behavior.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Enforce event policies and safety protocols to ensure compliance among attendees and staff.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of security activities throughout each event shift.




- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying and addressing theft or unauthorized access attempts.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance is highly desirable.
- Robust knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques to monitor large crowds effectively.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with attendees, staff, and emergency responders.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and crowd control procedures.
- Certification in security or related fields is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary licensing where applicable.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while enforcing safety protocols.
