Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and caring Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients
- Support patients during exercises and therapy sessions, providing encouragement and guidance
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising physiotherapist
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes
- Ensure all clinical equipment is properly sterilized, maintained, and ready for use
- Educate patients on post-treatment exercises and self-care techniques to promote ongoing recovery

Requirements





- Prior experience working in a private clinic setting is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices
- Proven ability to deliver patient care with compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Knowledge of clinical procedures related to physiotherapy treatments and equipment management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or training as a Physiotherapy Assistant or equivalent is advantageous
