Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Manage bar inventory by tracking supplies, restocking ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness standards to promote food safety and hygiene.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
- Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety and compliance.




- Collaborate with team members to maintain a lively yet organized bar environment that promotes excellent service flow.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology.
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient order entry and cashiering.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality or safety.
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, managing cash transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
