This position involves delivering exceptional clinical pharmacy services in both acute and residential care settings. You’ll engage with healthcare professionals to provide personalized treatment assessments and monitor medication use effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical pharmacy services in acute and residential care
- Monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy

- Maintain accurate records and document findings

- Registered pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC
