Fettback & Heesterman Energy Ltd. is looking for experienced Electrical Foremen to join one of BC’s fastest-growing electrical contractors.

We are looking for strong field leaders who know how to run work, lead crews, coordinate with project teams and other trades, and take pride in delivering a quality project.

Our work includes a wide range of commercial and industrial projects throughout the Lower Mainland, with opportunities available on Vancouver Island and on out-of-town projects for those interested.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Electrical Foreman with a strong commercial and/or industrial background

BC Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent

Proven ability to supervise and lead electrical crews

Solid understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and construction documents

Experience planning manpower, material and daily work activities

Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, General Contractors, consultants and other trades

Strong focus on safety, productivity and quality

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to identify issues early and keep the project moving The Opportunity

Already an IBEW member? Great.

If you are an experienced non-union Foreman interested in joining F&H;, we will support you through the process of becoming an IBEW member upon hire. Previous union membership is not required to apply.
