If you have 2-4 years of related experience as a roofer, the following skills and experience, and would like to join the team, apply today.

Experience:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on roofing experience
- Proven work with residential and/or commercial roofing systems
- Experience with multiple materials:
- Asphalt shingles
- Metal roofing
- Flat roofs (EPDM, TPO, torch-on, etc.)
- Ability to complete jobs with minimal supervision

Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Roof installation, repair, and replacement
- Flashing, ventilation, and waterproofing systems
- Leak detection and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and roofing specs




- Skilled in using roofing tools and equipment safely
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards

Physical Requirements

- Lift 50–100 lbs. regularly
- Work at heights and on steep slopes
- Stand, bend, and kneel for long periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Safety Requirements

- Knowledge of fall protection systems
- Experience using: Harnesses, Guardrails, Ladders and scaffolding
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
