Total Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced Service Plumber for our Kelowna branch. We are looking for someone who can confidently diagnose problems, complete repairs, communicate clearly with customers, and take ownership of each job from start to finish.

Experience with glycol systems, geothermal systems, hydronic heating, boilers, wineries, or other commercial and specialized mechanical systems would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot hydronic heating, boiler, glycol, and geothermal systems
- Perform plumbing service and maintenance for wineries and other commercial facilities
- Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers
- Prepare accurate job notes, estimates, invoices, and material lists
- Identify additional repairs or preventative maintenance opportunities
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable codes
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required

Qualifications

- Journeyperson Plumber certification
- Valid BC driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Proven plumbing service and troubleshooting experience




- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience working independently in customers’ homes and commercial facilities
- Skilled communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using mobile applications for job documentation
- Gas certification is considered an asset
- Experience with boilers, hydronics, glycol, geothermal, wineries, or commercial mechanical systems is considered a strong asset
