Car Match Canada is an established vehicle wholesaler and automotive exporter. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Dealership Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the linchpin of our daily operations, ensuring that everything from auction arbitrations to vehicle licensing and logistics runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate thrives in an independent work setting and brings a blend of administrative, logistical, and basic accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Auction Arbitrations: Review, file, and manage the arbitration process for auction purchases, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and track vehicle transport and freight logistics for inventory and exports.
- Licensing & Compliance: Process vehicle licensing, registrations, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Accounting Support: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling auction statements.




- Administrative Operations: Maintain organized records, manage data entry, and handle daily operational tasks independently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the automotive, parts, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Background or hands-on experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially when handling arbitrations or logistical delays.
- Proficiency in standard office software and a quick learner with new industry tools.
