Spruce Medical Centre is seeking a Family Physician Locum to join our collegial and well-supported clinic in Prince George, British Columbia. We offer flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of three days per week, making this an ideal opportunity for physicians seeking work-life balance while providing comprehensive community-based care.

Our team includes four family physicians, a nurse practitioner, experienced MOA support, and access to allied health professionals including social work, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and mental health services. Physicians enjoy a collaborative practice workplace, excellent support staff, and low clinic overhead.

Practice Highlights

Flexible coverage beginning November 2026

3-5 clinic days per week

Typical hours: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

20-30 patients per day

Mix of longitudinal and episodic care

Med Access EMR with remote access available





Dedicated MOA support for referrals, recalls, forms, and documentation
