Role Description

This is a full-time role headquartered in Burlington, ON, requiring a predominantly in office presence with some flexibility as business needs allow. The Finance Manager will oversee accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare & manage all finance functions; AP, AR, & Payroll
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Maintain Expense Mgmt.



& finance automation platform (RAMP)
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data

Qualifications

- Strong Financial Planning, Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, financial compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable business insights
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred
- SAP experience considered an asset
- Experience with finance automation and spend management platforms preferred
