About the Role We're looking for a hands-on finance systems leader to manage the tools and data that keep our finance function running. You'll be the go-to person connecting our finance team, our tech stack, and outside vendors - administering our core systems, keeping data flowing accurately between them, and finding smarter ways to automate the work that used to be manual.



This is a technical role that still requires real accounting fluency - you'll need to understand both the numbers and the systems behind them.

What You'll Do Now & In the Future

- Own and maintain our core finance platforms and the integrations between them
- Keep month-end close running smoothly from a systems perspective
- Be the first point of contact for finance system questions, whether from internal teams or outside vendors
- Spot manual, repetitive work and build automated fixes
- Build reporting and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of the business
- Lead system projects start to finish - gathering requirements, selecting vendors, testing, and rolling out changes
- Write clear documentation and train teams on new tools and processes
- Set up the controls and standards needed to keep our data accurate and audit-ready
- Hire and mentor Analysts to support the growth of the team
