MUST HAVE FLORAL AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

We are looking for energetic and reliable team member who has a proven track record of exceptional client service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Water all plants as needed
- Receive and unpack incoming supplies, giftware, balloons, plants and flowers
- Take custom orders from customers
- Designing floral arrangements, bouquets, funeral flowers
- Keep Floral department neat and tidy
- Any other tasks as assigned

· Handle inbound and outbound calls of existing customers

Training will be provided

Requirements:

· Versatile customer experience

· Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette





· Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized work area

· Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience

· Comfortable with opening and closing the store

· Social Media Knowledge

· Basic computer/keyboarding skills

· Enthusiastic and positive "can do" attitude

Pay:

$18-20 Hour

Schedule:

Candidate must be able to work the following shifts every week.

3 – 8 PM Wednesday & Friday
