We are seeking an energetic and personable Front of House (FOH) Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food safety practices
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while providing attentive guest service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food safety practices
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are essential
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required
