Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly and served promptly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality
- Follow all food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in a rapid-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
- Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
