Duties

- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
- Assist servers with food presentation, refills, and guest requests to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing or assembling dishes.
- Handle food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure guest safety.




- Use POS systems like Micros POS for order accuracy and processing payments when required.

Skills

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving, food preparation, and cleaning protocols.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting.
