Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, franchisees and team members.
- Execute your work deliverables that aligns with the Stratus daily business practices,
professional and code of ethics.
- Brand Compliance and Training: FBC’s must ensure consistent brand standards, optimize franchise performance, and foster strong partnerships across the franchise network.
- Reliable Transportation: Access to a vehicle as reliable transportation between various franchise locations and client sites for on-site coaching and inspections
- Oversee daily operations effectively & respond promptly to operational issues.
- Ensure cleaning specifications are met.
- Maintain service quality standards
- Manages scheduling and workforce allocation
- Conduct customer site inspections and ensure brand standards are met.
- Support and train franchise owners to improve service quality and operations.
- Manager and retain existing accounts, proactively addressing client needs.
- Business to Business (B2B) Sales: Grow your territory through new account sales and service upgrades.
- Attend and lead monthly franchise owner meetings.
- Mandatory participation in monthly internal team meetings
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, franchise success, and overall company growth.
- Collaborate with management and internal team members in creating standard operating processes that will gain efficiencies within your department and for the company.
- Overtime requirements: Overtime is required within this role and directly managed by the demands of the clients needs,
concise scheduling and time management.
Skills & Core Competencies:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent transcript is a minimum requirement.
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience. We are pleased to provide an opportunity to someone eager to learn.
- Technical Proficiency: Beginner to intermediate working knowledge of CRM Platforms, and data analytical tools to track performance, online platforms such as hubspot, panda docs & google workspace. Knowledge of MAC operating systems.Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft office suite such as word, excel & powerpoint.
- Financial Literacy: Consultants must be able to interpret financial statements, analyze market data, and identify trends to help franchisees improve work service deliverables and their businesses. Understanding of budgeting, revenue tracking, and pricing specific cleaning services (e.g. square footage costs and specialized floor care)
- Customer Relationship Management: Must have an aptitude for resolving client issues, ensuring quality control and performing regular site audits.
- Communication Skills: Must have a comprehensive understanding of the english language both written and spoken.
- Attention to Detail: Experience with attention to detail, ensuring information is communicated and documented accurately.
- Time Management and Scheduling: Must have intermediate to advanced experience in managing multiple overlapping priorities and scheduling requirements.
