Freelance Controller

WebHealth Network Media is looking for an organized person who will work with different teams in our office as a freelance controller.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with QuickBooks Online, a Strong Communicator (both by email and verbally) and a positive personality that they can leverage to get the job done.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Bookkeeping and Bookkeeping management
- Working knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Reporting
- Cash Management
- Robust Excel skills
- Knowledge or Microsoft Outlook and calendar management

Job Requirements: The following are must haves:
- 5 to 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, with direct responsibility for journal entries, month/quarter end close, financial statements, cash flow, and internal controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organization Skills
- Corporate Maturity and Professionalism
- Multiple Years of QuickBooks Online experience (or equivalent)
- Must be able to work under pressure & be able to multi-task
- Will be located within 45 minutes of the office which is in North York.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
