Midland Transport is currently seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Freight Handler to join our Moncton Temperature Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift and other material handling equipment, as well as loading, unloading, sorting, and handling freight in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure shipments move efficiently through our terminal while maintaining accuracy, safety, and high service standards.

Shifts Available:

Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- Setting up the dock for productive operations
- Safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight, both manually and using equipment
- Communicating with other Dock Workers and supervisors to ensure safe and organized loading and unloading
- Maintaining a clean, functional dock and work area
- Flexible to assist in other areas if required
- Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant dock/warehouse experience
- Proven forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong commitment to working safely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate positively with others to achieve common goals
- Proficient in reading and writing to complete required paperwork accurately
- Efficient, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining high productivity
- Basic math and organizational skills are required
