Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the front counter
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with precision and integrity
- Prepare simple food items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
