Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and providing clear information about building policies and services. Day-to-day tasks include handling reception desk duties, monitoring building access, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs and records.

The Front Desk

Associate will use computer systems to update resident information, send communications, and support building management with administrative tasks.



This role requires a professional, service-oriented demeanor and the ability to remain calm and organized in a busy lobby environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Proficient Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing front desk operations.
- Solid Computer Literacy, with experience using email, office software, and building management or scheduling systems.
- Previous front desk, concierge, hospitality, or property services experience in a residential or commercial setting is an asset.
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and dependable while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full-time on-site, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by building schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service, security, or hospitality is an advantage.
