Sales Representative – Building Supplies

Pay: $19.00/hour + Commission

Flooreno Building Supplies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Scarborough. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to earn additional income through commission.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with their flooring and building supply needs
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Follow up with customers and develop strong customer relationships
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom
- Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately
- Stay up to date on products, pricing, and promotions

Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Experience in flooring,



construction, building supplies, or home improvement is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual

Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
- Commission on sales
