Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and relay customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces by performing regular cleaning duties
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the front of house well-equipped
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction





Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in customer service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards throughout the establishment
- Serving it Right Certification
- Must be 19 years of age or older
