Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Contract: 6 months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a technology team responsible for developing modern, scalable web applications and enhancing digital experiences.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, working closely with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment. This role will involve both front-end and back-end development, API integration, cloud technologies, testing, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Build responsive and scalable applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and GraphQL services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, PI planning, and collaborative technical discussions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Design, troubleshoot, and test application interfaces and API integrations.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure appropriate testing and quality controls are completed prior to deployment.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root-cause analysis,



and implement sustainable solutions.
- Follow established security, development, and architectural standards throughout the application lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience with React, Angular 6+, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid experience with Spring Boot and GraphQL.
- 5+ years of experience working with the MEAN stack.
- Experience developing and supporting distributed cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure, OpenShift, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of API/interface specifications and testing tools, including Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and SOAP.
- Experience working with authentication and security protocols such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSL certificates.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience working with CI/CD practices and automated delivery pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative Agile development environment.

Rate is $70-100/hour incorporated
