503 Direct Mgmt works as an authorized representative for Rogers, helping connect homeowners in the Sault Ste. Marie community with telecommunications products and services.

We’re currently adding Entry-Level and Full Time Sales Representatives to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is motivated by goals, and wants to develop practical sales skills in a supportive environment.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and become successful in the role.

Your Day-to-Day

As part of our sales team, you will:

- Meet with homeowners in person and introduce available Rogers products and services
- Learn about customers’ needs and recommend appropriate plans and options
- Clearly communicate pricing, features, promotions, and available services
- Assist customers throughout the enrolment and account setup process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain an active lead pipeline
- Keep up to date with product offerings, promotions, and program changes
- Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately
- Take part in regular coaching sessions, training,



and team development activities

- Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is considered an asset

You do not need previous sales experience. We are interested in attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
