Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Full Time Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing prompt assistance and attentive guest services
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation standards and food handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service




- Manage multiple tables with effective time management skills to deliver excellent service during busy hours
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and upselling opportunities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining professionalism and guest focus
