Provide support to students as a Student Counselor in New Capital. This full time role focuses on addressing academic, personal, and career development through effective counseling strategies.
The Student
Counselor will be a compassionate professional responsible for delivering comprehensive counseling services to students.
Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, collaborating with faculty and parents, and developing outreach programs. You will also conduct assessments and create annual reports, while overseeing junior psychologists and planning workshops. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counseling sessions tailored to student needs
- Consult with faculty, staff, and parents on student issues
- Develop outreach programs to enhance student well-being
- Conduct assessments and evaluate counseling effectiveness
- Supervise junior psychologists and plan events Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- BA/BSc in psychology is essential
- 3-5 years’ experience in academic institutions
- Familiarity with student development theory
