Our Bedford location is seeking a friendly, organized and customer-focused receptionist to join our team full-time

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures
- Promote spa services, packages and retail products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area/work environment
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email and basic computer programs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in a spa, medical aesthetics or beauty setting is an asset
- Available to work mornings,



evenings and Saturday’s as needed
