Gardener / Lawn Crew Member (Lawn & Garden Care Technician)

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Gardener / Lawn Crew Member to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has an eye for detail in both lawn and garden maintenance.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up
- Weeding, pruning, and mulching garden beds

- Leaf blowing and raking
- Use of small gas-powered equipment
- Planting and general garden maintenance
- Assisting with the creation and upkeep of seasonal planter displays
- Shrub pruning and basic garden shaping
- Maintaining clean, organized tools and workspaces

Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous lawn care or garden maintenance experience is an asset, but we will train the right individual
- Basic plant identification skills are an asset
- Garden design sense and attention to detail are solid assets




- Comfortable using small gas-powered equipment
- Ability to drive a trailer is an asset
- Valid G2 driver’s license and ability to get to the starting job location

- Criminal background check required

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with repetitive bending, kneeling, and physical tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
