Trinison (a division of M.A.M. Group Inc.) specializes in the acquisition, development and sale of land for residential, commercial and industrial use.

Job Duties:

- Post weekly A/P invoices and bank transactions
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and file monthly GST/HST returns
- Prepare weekly cash report
- Post deposits, receipts, BA purchase & maturity
- Maintain and update the mortgage receivable spreadsheet




- Maintain and update the development charge spreadsheet
- Maintain mortgages receivable/lot discharges schedules
- Ad hoc duties

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role.
- Robust understanding of bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry accounting practices is a plus.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
