In this energetic role, you will engage in a variety of hands-on tasks, from framing and drywall installation to concrete finishing and electrical work. Your contributions will help bring construction projects to life efficiently, safely, and with high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for various construction tasks
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, drywall, and perform painting or caulking to meet project specifications
- Support plumbing, masonry, electrical wiring, welding, and other specialized trades as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by clearing debris, securing materials, and adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to estimate materials needed and ensure timely completion of tasks





Qualifications

- Prior construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable
- Knowledge of construction techniques such as drywall installation, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work and painting is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
