Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment around the work site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
- Perform general site maintenance including debris removal and yard cleanup
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials used
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting,



bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well with team members
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting is preferred but not required
