We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Labourer/Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for(parts loader) operating various machinery, including CNC machines. Your mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality will ensure smooth production workflows and adherence to safety standards.

Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other automated machinery such as Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to produce precision components.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills to measure, inspect, and verify parts for quality control purposes.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading materials, packaging finished products.
- Support overall manufacturing operations by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency with Fanuc CNC controls
- Experience operating forklift equipment safely within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection tools such as calipers.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing environments involving machining, packaging, warehouse operations, and the use of hand tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining equipment and warehouse safety practices.
