Conceptual Constructs Corp. is a Kelowna-based waterproofing and specialty coatings contractor working throughout BC and Alberta. We specialize in parkade traffic coatings, balcony and pedestrian waterproofing, expansion joints, concrete preparation and repair, epoxy flooring, and other specialty coating and waterproofing systems.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers and tradespeople on a variety of commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Previous construction experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople and installers with daily construction activities
- Prepare job sites and work areas for installation
- Assist with concrete surface preparation, including grinding, shot-blasting, and other preparation methods
- Help with mixing, moving, and applying construction and coating materials
- Assist with waterproofing, traffic coating, sealant, and expansion joint installations
- Load, unload, organize, and transport tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required
- Assist with general cleanup and site maintenance




- Work effectively as part of a team
- Travel to project sites throughout the Okanagan and other areas of BC and Alberta when required

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous construction, labour, or trades experience is an asset
- Experience with hand and power tools is an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding workplace
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Previous experience with concrete, waterproofing, coatings, or construction is an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time/Seasonal

Location: Kelowna, BC

Travel: Local and occasional out-of-town travel required

Pay: $19.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
