PCI is a busy, family owned company that has been in operation since 1995! We specialize in the inspection, maintenance, and installation of pumpjacks. We have a wide range of picker trucks, boom trucks, and a piledriver. The owners work alongside their employees to ensure that our excellent reputation for quality workmanship is provided in a timely, efficient manner for every client!

All applicants that wish to be considered for a position must provide the following:

- Resume ( please provide professional references only - no friends or family)
- Documentation of valid H2S, First Aid, and CSO certification
- Recent copy of clean driver's abstract ( must have at least a valid class 5 license)

Mandatory Characteristics of candidates include:

- Punctuality and willingness to work!
- Must be physically fit...able to lift heavy objects safely, climb up and down multiple times a day, and prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.




- Must learn quickly and show initiative! It is critical to understand the needs of the company and other operators on a day-to-day basis.
- Must have a positive attitude and be an excellent representative of our company!
- Must be drug and alcohol free !

Preferred traits:

- Mechanically inclined
- Pumpjack installation experience an asset
- Air brakes endorsement on driver's licence
- Good communication skills and sense of humor
- Hands-on learner, willing to ask questions and develop their skills
