Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations with energy and vision. Duties

- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to boost store performance.
- Oversee all operational functions including inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability.
- Manage payroll, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources while meeting organizational goals.




- Maintain strong communication with staff and stakeholders; handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations across all store activities.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong background in retail sales, team management, and customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development programs, payroll processing, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, marketing initiatives, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
