General Manager

Lead owner service, leasing operations, vendor coordination, reporting cadence, and process improvement across the ULTO operating platform.

What you will do

- Own daily operating cadence across property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, and owner communication.

- Build repeatable workflows for tenant placement, vendor dispatch, owner reports, property binders, and compliance documentation.

- Recruit, train, and coordinate internal contributors, contractors, and vendor partners.

- Track service quality, response times, leasing pipeline, owner satisfaction, and operational risks.

- Work with leadership to scale a boutique Toronto property management and rental intelligence platform.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years of relevant experience in property management, real estate operations,



hospitality operations, construction coordination, or a related operating role.

- Solid client communication, prioritization, vendor management, and documentation habits.

- Comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, portals, project management tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

- Practical judgment, calm problem-solving, and the ability to make service standards repeatable.

- Toronto rental housing, residential operations, or small multifamily experience is an asset.
