We are hiring an experienced glass sealer for our production facility in Brampton. This is a labor-intensive role focused on sealing insulated glass units (IGUs). The ideal candidate should have knowledge of glass and prior experience in the glass industry. However, training will be provided to support success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply sealants (e.g., polysulfide) to IGUs
- Assembling decorative glass panels
- Inspect units for alignment and quality before sealing
- Operate sealing tools and equipment properly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
- Experience in the glass industry (assembling, sealing, fabrication, or similar)
- Basic understanding of insulated glass units and materials
- Able to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of tape measure
- Training will be provided for qualified candidates
