NOW HIRING – GLAZING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / LEAD FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced person with a strong background in the glazing trade who can help us bring in more commercial and residential work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on glazing experience and strong relationships within the construction and property management industry.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience and knowledge of the glazing trade
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with commercial and residential glazing
- Established relationships with strata corporations, property managers, general contractors, builders, and developers
- Ability to generate leads and bring in new projects
- Ability to identify upcoming repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction opportunities




- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and business-minded

This role is primarily focused on bringing in new work and growing the company, not scheduling or managing day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who already understands the glazing industry and has the connections and experience to bring commercial and residential projects through the door.
