Position Summary

We’re looking for a personable, dependable, and motivated leader to join our Gourmet To Go team as a Supervisor.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll help oversee the daily operations of our Gourmet To Go department, ensuring exceptional customer service, consistent food quality, productive service, and a positive experience for both customers and team members.

The Gourmet To Go Supervisor will work closely with the department team and management to coordinate daily service, support and coach employees, maintain food safety and quality standards, and ensure the department is well-stocked, organized, and operating efficiently.

Job Structure





This is a full-time hourly supervisory position. Work schedule includes weekends and holidays as required. Paid vacation accrual at 4%. Benefits are available after 6 months of full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Supervision

- Lead and support the Gourmet To Go team during daily operations.
- Provide direction to team members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to department standards.
- Lead by example by actively participating in customer service, food preparation, beverage service, cleaning, and other department duties.
- Help train, coach, and onboard new team members.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members to encourage strong performance and development.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
- Assist management with scheduling, shift coverage, and coordinating daily staffing needs.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively based on business needs and employee strengths.
- Address day-to-day employee concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Customer Engagement & Service

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Ensure customers receive knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service.
- Take and fulfill orders accurately while providing recommendations on menu items.
- Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve customer service issues when possible and communicate significant

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
