Nexa Customs Inc. is a growing print and graphics company specializing in custom printing, signage, wall graphics, wallpapers, vehicle graphics, window graphics, banners, and commercial branding solutions. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Graphic Installer to join our production and installation team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing vinyl graphics, wallpapers, signage, and other printed materials and takes pride in delivering clean, professional-quality installations.

Job Responsibilities

Graphic & Vinyl Installation

- Install printed vinyl graphics on walls, windows, doors, vehicles, floors, and other surfaces.
- Install wall murals, custom wallpapers, wall graphics, and decals.
- Install vehicle graphics, truck and trailer decals, fleet graphics, and partial/full vehicle wraps.
- Install perforated window film and other window graphics.
- Install banners, posters, floor graphics, and promotional graphics.
- Apply vinyl lettering and cut vinyl graphics.
- Install temporary and permanent graphics according to project requirements.

Signage Installation

- Install interior and exterior signage, including:
- Acrylic signs
- PVC/foam board signs
- Aluminum composite material (ACM) signs
- Channel letters
- Backlit signs and letters
- Light boxes
- Pylon sign faces
- A-frame signs
- Directional and wayfinding signs
- Real estate signs
- Reception and office signs
- Install signs using appropriate hardware, adhesives, tapes, standoffs, brackets, and mounting systems.
- Perform drilling, leveling, measuring, and surface preparation as required.
- Assist with removal of old signage and graphics.

Surface Preparation

- Inspect surfaces before installation and identify potential installation issues.
- Clean, degrease, and prepare walls, windows, vehicles, and other surfaces.
- Ensure surfaces are suitable for vinyl, wallpaper, or other graphic applications.
- Properly prepare walls for wallpaper installation, including cleaning and minor preparation when required.

Wallpaper Installation

- Measure walls and verify dimensions before installation.
- Install commercial and residential wallpapers and wall murals.
- Match panels, patterns, and seams accurately.
- Handle overlaps, trimming, corners, edges, and difficult areas professionally.
- Use appropriate wallpaper tools, rollers, knives, squeegees, heat guns,



and adhesives.
- Maintain clean and consistent seams with minimal visible lines.

Vehicle Graphics & Wraps

- Prepare vehicles for graphic installation.
- Clean and degrease vehicle surfaces.
- Install decals, lettering, fleet graphics, partial wraps, and other vehicle graphics.
- Work around curves, handles, mirrors, body seams, rivets, and other difficult areas.
- Use heat and post-heating techniques correctly when required.
- Remove existing vinyl without damaging the vehicle surface.
- Inspect finished installations for lifting, bubbles, wrinkles, or alignment issues.

Production & Shop Duties

- Assist with finishing and preparing printed materials for installation.
- Weed, mask, laminate, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics.
- Measure and cut materials accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Keep the production and installation areas clean and organized.
- Properly store vinyl, wallpaper, signage, tools, and installation materials.
- Assist production staff when installation work is not scheduled.

Quality Control

- Review artwork, dimensions, colors, and materials before installation.
- Verify measurements and placement with approved production files.
- Ensure graphics are installed straight, level, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free.
- Identify printing, cutting, or material issues before installation.
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect materials to the production team.
- Take photographs of completed installations when required.

Customer Service

- Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives.
- Explain installation requirements and care instructions when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer locations.
- Protect customer property, furniture, floors, walls, and vehicles during installation.
- Ensure the job site is clean after completing the installation.

Additional Responsibilities
- Travel to commercial and residential job sites throughout the GTA.
- Work at heights using ladders, lifts, or other approved equipment when required.
- Safely handle large-format graphics and signage.




- Assist with large installations that may require two or more installers.
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.
- Follow project schedules and complete installations within required timelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in graphic installation, sign installation, vinyl installation, wallpaper installation, vehicle graphics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with large-format printed graphics is an asset.
- Experience with vehicle wraps and fleet graphics is an asset.
- Experience with commercial wallpaper installation is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional installations.
- Valuable measuring and basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to read installation drawings and understand measurements.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in different environments and at various job sites.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving large graphics and signage materials.
- Ability to work from ladders and lifts when required.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Construction, sign industry, printing, or finishing experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry rolls of vinyl, wallpaper, banners, and signage materials.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work with arms raised for extended periods during wall and window installations.
- Ability to safely handle large-format graphics and signage.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on the project.
