About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure while providing efficient and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest communications.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all front-office procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies,



safety procedures, and standards of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Familiarity with hotel property-management systems is an asset.
- Additional languages are an asset.
