The Big Moustache Barbershop is growing in Bridgewater, and we are looking for a friendly, dependable skilled who is confident-or interested in becoming confident-with men's haircuts, fades, beard trims and modern styles.

You do not need to bring a full clientele. Our established shop provides customer traffic, online booking, marketing and operational support so you can focus on delivering great services and building loyal clients.

What we offer

Guaranteed hourly base pay or service commission-whichever is higher

Service commission of 40%-50%, based on performance and sales

What you'll do

Provide professional men's haircuts, fades, tapers and scissor cuts

Perform beard trims, lineups and other grooming services

Consult with customers and recommend suitable styles





Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation

Deliver a welcoming and consistent customer experience

Support teammates during busy periods

Encourage customers to rebook their next visit

Who should apply

Licensed hairstylists interested in men's cutting

Registered barber or hairstyling apprentices

Professionals returning to the industry

Candidates relocating to Bridgewater or the South Shore

Experience with men's cutting is preferred, but a strong attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet applicable Nova Scotia registration or licensing requirements.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Some evenings and weekends will be required based on customer demand.
