The Controller and General Accountant own day-to-day accounting execution and month-end close, while the Director of Finance provides oversight, verifies accuracy, identifies and resolves errors, and focuses on strategy, forecasting, and risk. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and detailed level in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.
